The USA & Brazil never got an official release. Doesn't work on a videopac+ or Jopac models. Although there was plans to release 4in1row to the US market according to a 1982 pricelist, it never materialised.
Although in Europe 4in1 row is reasonably easy to come by, the deprived US market may drive the price up a few quid if bidding on eBay, since they never had it till now!

Connect 4 ring any bells, it should do, this game is a variation on the paper/pen classic 0X0 also, all you have to do to beat your opponent is simply out manoeuvre them in a strategy game of getting 4 of your colours in one row while blocking your opponent from doing the same.
